Take the plunge and join in on our popular Water Aerobics class taught by Rachel Piotrowski! Water aerobics is a great low impact strength training class that helps build muscle and improve cardio vascular health all while movin’ and groovin’ to upbeat music!
If weather prevents water aerobics at the pool, class will be canceled until the next regularly scheduled date.
