Lenoir City calls itself the Lake Capital of the South, and Tellico is our lake — it wraps around the whole community. Five miles of shoreline for kayaks, paddleboards, and anything with a motor, on water fed by Smoky Mountain streams.
Plenty of communities have docks. Few have a world-class marina: 222 slips, covered to 60 feet with 90-foot slips for larger boats, floating docks with shore power and water, pump-out, and a fuel station on site — and food and beverage at the marina in the plans. Nearly 16,000 acres of Tellico Lake start at the end of your dock.
We think the best way to watch Volunteer football is by boat, joining our own armada from the marina to the stadium on a fall afternoon. One trip and you’re in the Vol Navy.
When the last field goal is kicked, return to our new clubhouse and recount the game’s highlights with your neighbors over one of our signature cocktails. Our close-knit community doesn’t need an excuse to get together, but we are partial to orange.
Gated docks inside a gated community. Your boat stays as private as your home.
The docks rise and fall with the lake, so a January launch is as easy as one in July.
222 in-water slips, covered to 60 feet, with 90-foot slips for larger boats.
Room to load coolers, kids and gear without the shuffle. Boat lifts available.
Power and water at every slip to rinse down and keep batteries topped off.
Fill up on the way out. No run across the lake to find a pump.
Clean, private restrooms a short walk from your slip.
fish stories
The ultimate and most thrilling expression of the WindRiver lifestyle is on the water chasing largemouth bass, crappie, bluegill or catfish. There are dozens of species of fish in our waters, most delectable, all a thrill to land.
