Take the plunge and join in on our popular Water Aerobics class taught by Krystal Tinajero!
Water aerobics is a great low impact strength training class that helps build muscle and improve cardio vascular health all while movin’ and groovin’ to upbeat music!
This class will be held at the Pool every Tuesday and Thursday at 8 am and every Saturday at 10 am.
If weather prevents water aerobics at the pool, class will be canceled until the next regularly scheduled date.
