Join WindRiver’s annual Golf Cart Parade as we meander through the community spreading good cheer! Members will gather at the Highlands at 4:15 pm for staging, with the parade beginning at 5 pm. The route will be shared with Members by Member Leader Yvonne Macias. The event will conclude at The Lounge at Citico’s with a Member gathering and Happy Hour!
