Whether you’re a curious beginner or a seasoned home baker, this interactive class will guide you through the art and science of sourdough—from starter care and fermentation to shaping, scoring, and baking with confidence. Learn Chef Matt’s tips and techniques, ask questions along the way, and leave with the knowledge (and inspiration) to create beautiful, flavorful bread at home. It’s equal parts education, craft, and delicious fun.
