An incentive paid by WindRiver Management of twelve months of WindRiver Social Club dues (currently valued at $1,800) will be credited to WindRiver member account following a property closing from an owner referral. An owner referral is limited to new prospects that are not in WindRiver prospect database.
Requirements to register referral to be eligible for owner incentive are (1) WindRiver owner providing referral’s first & last name, email, phone number and address to WindRiver Management prior to the prospect’s first contact with WindRiver by completing the form on this page, emailing Sales@WindRiverLiving.com, or by registering referral online via the “Contact Us” section of the member web portal, or (2) the prospect indicating they were referred by WindRiver owner during the first contact with WindRiver.
